A pestering problem of the poor countries of the Southern hemisphere is the integration of children and teenagers with a physicial disability into society. The Peru-Aid which especially looks after deaf-mute children in the school CPAL (Centro peruano para audicion y lenguaje) was asked to secure functional, used and new hearing aids to establish a storage for children and teenagers whose parents are not able to pay a hearing aid and therefore are disadvantaged:

a) in the perception of their surroundings
b) in their education in school or in kindergarten
c) likewise in their job later on

The technical support for these children and teenagers is very important for each of them, so they can create their life in dignity. The hearing aids ought to be for the external ear (digital or normal), because the ear troughs have to be customised for every child what is possible to do on Peru. This is not possible for a inner ear equipment, because they are fixed for the former deaf person.
